About Us
Urban Pharm is located in the East Hills neighborhood of Grand Rapids, Michigan. It is owned and operated by Ryan VanderMeer and Patrick Coffin. Pat manages all sales and marketing tasks, including all showings and advertising. He is also the main point of contact for all current and future tenants. Pat has a lot of experience with managing rental properties--specifically regarding tenant relations and maintenance. Ryan manages all accounting tasks, and is the main point of contact for all property owners and investors. He has a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Grand Valley State University, and is currently pursuing an MBA. Go Lakers! Urban Pharm also employs and affiliates with a number of great local businesses and individuals for many aspects of our business. We will gladly provide a referral if requested.
