Ryan VanderMeer

Ryan is a graduate of Grand Valley State University where he earned an MBA. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Fair Housing Center of West Michigan and works with several other area nonprofits and committees. In addition to being our accountant, Ryan also serves as the contact for all property management clients.

Bethany Reed

Bethany is a licensed Realtor and holds a degree in Communications. She oversees operations. Her and her team handle everything from application processing to rent payments and reporting maintenance requests. When she is not in the office, Bethany is often volunteering her time to issues close to her heart.

Michael is a licensed Realtor and has a M.M. and M.S.B. from Aquinas College. He is a long time member on the Grand Rapids Housing Appeals Board and the Grand Rapids Historical Commission in addition he is a proud combat veteran of the U.S. Army. He is responsible for helping our customers purchase and sell residential and commercial properties across West Michigan.
