Please note that all adults (anybody over the age of 18) who will live in the house or apartment must complete the Rental Application and return it to our office with a $20 application fee.
Prior to moving in, tenants must complete the Utility Confirmation Form and DTE Energy Landlord Protection Agreement. Once you have moved in, we need the Unit Condition Form completed and returned to our office promptly.
