Ryan VanderMeer

Co-Owner

Ryan is a graduate of Grand Valley State University where he earned an MBA. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Fair Housing Center of West Michigan and works with several other area nonprofits and committees. In addition to being our accountant, Ryan also serves as the contact for all property management clients.

Bethany Reed

Co-Owner/Broker

Bethany is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a degree in Communications. She oversees operations and our team which handles everything from application processing to rent payments and managing maintenance requests. When she is not in the office, Bethany is often volunteering her time to issues close to her heart.
